Date Sizes

Our Palestinian Medjoul Dates are available in several sizes to suit different preferences and uses:

Mix
Perfect for snacking or adding to dishes where a smaller date is preferred.

Super
A versatile option for snacking or general use, offering a balanced size for a variety of recipes.

Deluxe
Ideal for a more substantial treat. Large dates are popular in recipes where a noticeable date presence is desired.

Luxury
Extra-large dates known for their size and juiciness. Perfect for an indulgent experience or special dishes.

Date Grades

Our dates are graded based on skin flakiness and overall quality:

Grade A / Class 1

  • Skin Flakiness: Minimal (around 10%)

  • Description: Smooth, nearly flawless skin and superior taste. Grade A / Class 1 dates are perfect for gourmet applications, gifting, or special treats.

All Palestine Valley dates are of the highest grade - Class 1. We do not offer the grades mentioned below however are presented for your own understanding.

Grade B

  • Skin Flakiness: Medium (around 25%)

  • Description: A balanced choice combining good quality with affordability. Great for snacking, cooking, or general use.

Grade C

  • Skin Flakiness: High (35%+)

  • Description: More noticeable skin flakiness, offering a budget-friendly option. Ideal for bulk purchases or culinary applications where appearance is less critical.

  • For premium quality and appearance → choose Grade A / Class 1
